Around 23:20, units were dispatched for a single vehicle MVA at the intersection of Hams Ford Rd. and Mayre Rd. On arrival, units found a single vehicle that had rolled over once, and ended up on the embankment. Both occupants had self-extricated, and were transported to Mary Washington Hospital with minor injuries, a good testament to the usefulness of side-airbags.
Note: Wagon 8 was staffed by volunteers from the Upper Caroline VFD because Spotsylvania VFD members were at their annual banquet.
