Near the end of the evening rush hour, units were dispatched for a MVA on Mills Drive near the entrance to Arby's. On arrival, units found three vehicle were involved. One vehicle was straddling the center divider, the second blocking the left lane, while the third was blocking the right lane 20 ft further down the road. The scene was further complicated by the heavy traffic entering and exiting from the shopping center onto Mills Drive. One driver was transported to MWH, while the second driver declined treatment. The third driver left the scene prior to the arrival of emergency services.
