Around 1500 on November 3, units were dispatched to I-95 northbound, at the 125 MM. On arrival, units found a compact car that had spun out and hit the guardrail, resulting in heavy damage to the vehicle. The driver denied injury and refused treatment on-scene. However, around 45 minutes later, EMS was once more summoned with the driver complaining of neck pain and stiffness. The driver was backboarded and transported to MWH.
