At around 22:30, units from SVRS and SVFD where dispatched for reports of a car over the embankment on I-95. On arrival, the units found over 100 feet of guardrail destroyed, and the majority of the vehicles undercarraige and bumpers strewn across the breakdown lane. The vehicle itself was on all 4 wheels, around 15 ft down the embankment. While the bottom of the car received considerable damage, there was little incursion into the passenger compartment, and the driver declined EMS treatment.
