| On Saturday, October 3, members showed up at the Shannon Training Center to do a little landscaping work.
Over the past three months, the old Rescue Station 1 has been gutted, and rebuilt into a state of the art EMS training center. Now that the heavy construction is done, the outside grounds needed a little help to get them to complement the new Training Center. The current EMT-B class will start to use the center when once an occupancy permit is obtained. A public open house will be held sometime in November. The exact date will be announce as soon as everything is finalized.
