Shortly after 23:00, units were dispatched for a boating accident on Lake Anna. Reports indicated two boats had collided, with multiple injuries. When units arrived at the marina, one boat had already docked containing one patient with head injuries. Shortly after, a tow boat brought the second boat to the dock, containing two patients, one who was unresponsive with severe head injuries. They also reported one person stranded on an island in the middle of the lake who was later retrieved with no injuries. The severe trauma was airlifted to MCV in Richmond, while the two other patients were transported to the Trauma center at Mary Washington Hospital. An hour later, and additional patient was located. This patient was evaluated but refused treatment.
