SVRS currently operates four rapid response vehicles. These can be staffed by a single EMT or Paramedic and respond to calls in which extra personnel are required for patient care, or if ambulance response is delayed. All are state certified as BLS non-transport units, and carry equipment such as; jump bag, AED, portable oxygen, and basic immobilization equipment.

	Response 1, 3, and 4 are 2001 Ford Crown Victorias
	Response 2 is a 1998 Jeep Cherokee 4x4.

    In addition, our agency’s three officers have the privilege of operating their own response vehicle. Each utilizes a 2005 Ford Expedition to perform administrative tasks as well as respond to calls.
