Siren's, Lights and a Smile. On December 13th the Spotsylvania Volunteer Rescue Squad attended the Spotsylvania Christmas Parade held in the Courthouse area. The public had the opportunity to see the vehicles and more importantly the professionalism we operate on every call within the county. Kids and Parents alike where overjoyed to see the lights and the hear the siren as we ushered Santa on his way. This event is one of many that SVRS is partaking in this Christmas Season, as an agency we are very grateful for all of the public support and kind words from the citizens of Spotsylvania and the surrounding county's. A big thank you and round of applause should go to our member's who staffed our duty stations so we could partake in this event.
