SVRS along with other local agencies offers continual EMS training. This includes the initial courses needed for those individuals new to EMS, as well as continuing education credits for those providers who are already certified. The Spring EMT Basic Class is Full!

The next course will be held in the fall.

Spotsylvania Volunteer Rescue Squad will sponsor a spring EMT Basic class at the Shannon Training Center beginning in March 2013.  THE COURSE IS FULL. If you already hold your EMT-B and need CEUs, please contact the course coordinator listed in the course packet.  The schedule and contact inofrmation can be downloaded HERE.

Below is a list of upcoming training classes.  Recently added items are in RED.  All classes will be held at the Spotsylvania VRS Training Center (the old Rescue Station 1) unless otherwise noted.  Included are a number of opportunities to get Category 1 hours for your EMT-B recertification:  Future classes include Peds ITLS, Skills Fair Days for both ALS and BLS.
